Any similarities between this and any other tut are purely coincidental. I use PSP9, but I'm sure it can be done in any other version. Save often!

**breathe** OK, here we go!

Open a new 650x650 canvas - we can crop later. Floodfill it with white to make it easy to see.

Open frame 3, copy & paste as a new layer, and resize (smart size) by 85%.

Use your magic wand tool:

Mode: replace

Match: RGB

Tolerance: 50

Feather: 0

Anti-alias: not checked

Select the inside of each frame.

Selections > Modify > Expand by 3

Open Paper 15, copy & paste as a new layer, and move below the frame layer.

While still on the paper layer, go to Selections > Invert

Hit Delete, then Selections > Select None.

Then go to Effects > Texture Effects > Texture:

Texture: Paper coarse

Size %: 100

Smoothness: 0

Depth: 1

Ambience: 0

Shininess: 0

Color: White

Angle: 315

Intensity: 50

Elevation: 30

Open Paper 6, copy & paste as a new layer, and move below the textured paper layer.

Go to Layers > Load/Save Mask > Load Mask From Disk

Apply WSL_Mask6 using:

Source luminance

Fit to layer

Show all mask

Delete mask layer and merge group.

Resize (smart size) mask layer by 75%.

Open Glitter Flower 2 and resize (smart size) by 40%. Make the top layer active, and copy & paste flower as new layer.

Move it into the center of the left (or right) frame and add a drop shadow:

Vertical & Horizontal: 0

Opacity: 50

Blur: 5

Color: Black

or use your favorite setting.

Make the frame layer active and add a drop shadow:

Vertical & Horizontal: 0

Opacity: 50

Blur: 12

Color: Black

or use your favorite setting.

Add your tube and position it where you'd like it.

Add a drop shadow:

Vertical & Horizontal: 0

Opacity: 50

Blur: 5

Color: Black

or use your favorite setting.

Add any extra embelishments/drop shadows you may want. Add your copyright and watermark info. Add your text and crop to your liking.

*Ta-Dah*!
